Common questions.

Where does the price data come from?
WristSignal pulls sold listing data from eBay, Reddit r/WatchExchange, and WatchUSeek's Sales Corner. Paid reports also include current Chrono24 comparables from global dealers.
Which browsers and sites are supported?
WristSignal works on Chrome and all Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc, etc.) on eBay, Chrono24, and Reddit WatchExchange. Safari is on the roadmap.
What if there's no data for a watch?
Niche or boutique references with limited market activity will show a "No Signal" result with the note "Insufficient market data." You can still generate a paid report, which runs a broader search across Chrono24 and WatchUSeek's full history.
Do I need an account?
No account, no password. The free signal works anonymously, and single reports require nothing more than a Stripe checkout. Session and Annual passes capture your email at checkout solely for activation and recovery — there's still no login to manage.
Session Pass or Annual Pass — what's the difference?
A Session Pass ($29) is for someone actively shopping right now: 90 days of unlimited reports, then it ends. An Annual Pass ($99) is for collectors, enthusiasts, and dealers who browse listings year-round: 365 days unlimited. Both are one-time payments — no subscription, no renewals.
What if I clear my browser or switch devices?
Your pass is tied to the email you used at checkout. Visit wristsignal.com/recover (or use the link in the extension popup) and we'll email you a fresh activation link.
Is WristSignal free?
Yes — the core price signal (Buy / Fair / Overpriced) is free forever with no account required. Paid reports ($7 each, or unlimited with a pass) unlock deeper analysis: live Chrono24 comparables, negotiation targets, and condition-adjusted pricing.
How accurate is the price data?
Signals are based on real sold listings — not asking prices — pulled from eBay, Reddit r/WatchExchange, and WatchUSeek over a rolling 90-day window. Accuracy depends on market activity: popular references with dozens of recent sales have tight, reliable signals. Rarer references with fewer sales show wider ranges.
Does WristSignal work on mobile?
Not yet — WristSignal is a Chrome extension and currently works on desktop Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). Mobile browser extension support is on the roadmap.
