Need a hand? Email us at hello@wristsignal.com and we'll get back to you. For billing or refund questions include the email you used at checkout; for privacy or data-deletion requests, write to privacy@wristsignal.com.
Your pass is tied to the email you used at checkout — not to a login. If you switch devices, reinstall the extension, or clear your browser, visit wristsignal.com/recover (or use the link in the extension popup) and we'll email you a fresh activation link. Click it in the browser where you want the pass active.
A Session Pass is for someone actively shopping right now: 90 days of unlimited reports, subject to a fair-use daily cap. An Annual Pass is for collectors, enthusiasts, and dealers who browse year-round: 365 days of unlimited reports at a higher daily cap. Both are one-time payments — no subscription, no renewals, nothing to cancel.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Because a report delivers digital analysis immediately, sales are generally final — but if the service failed to deliver your report, you were charged in error, or you're otherwise unsatisfied, email hello@wristsignal.com within 7 days and we'll review and, where appropriate, refund you. Include the email used at checkout so we can find the charge. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Three free tools built into the extension. Set a price-drop alert on any listing and we'll email you when a matching watch hits your target price. Star references to your watchlist to keep an eye on what you're considering. Add watches you own to the collection tracker to follow their value against real 90-day sold data, with an optional monthly digest. All three need only an email to send notifications — no account or login.
Every alert and collection email includes a one-click link to cancel that alert or stop the emails — no login needed. You can also remove an alert or watch directly from the extension sidebar. To delete the email address and data behind these features entirely, write to privacy@wristsignal.com.
WristSignal works on Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc, and similar) on eBay, Chrono24, and Reddit r/WatchExchange. It's a desktop extension — mobile browser support and Safari are on the roadmap.
Niche or boutique references with limited recent sales don't have enough data for a reliable free signal. You can still generate a paid report, which runs a broader search across Chrono24 and WatchUSeek's full history. For a rundown of every reason a signal can be missing — and a form to report a listing that should have worked — see Why didn't I get a signal?
Make sure you're on an individual listing page (not a search or category page) on a supported site, then reload the page to let the extension re-read it. If a signal still doesn't appear after a few seconds, try toggling the extension off and on, or reinstalling it. If the problem persists, email hello@wristsignal.com with the listing link and we'll take a look.
No account, no password. The free signal works anonymously. Single reports need nothing more than a Stripe checkout, and passes capture your email at checkout solely for activation and recovery — there's still no login to manage.
Email privacy@wristsignal.com from (or referencing) the email tied to your purchase or alerts, and we'll delete the associated data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
